TCA Software decription
This program simulates tooth contact from the output file generated by Spiral Bevel program. TCA program is particularly useful for verification of the tooth contact with misaligned shafts. Contact position, lead and profile crowning should be corrected in Spiral Bevel program if TCA shows edge or small contact.

Other services:
Reverse engineering of the original tooth geometry from CMM mapping or 3d scan. This allows to produce gears identical to OEM gears. Tooth contact of OEM gears can be examined on the 3d models with high resolution. In result, the replacement gears are often better compared to the OEM gears because of the improved tooth contact.
