Microsoft Excel program with VBA macros. Input gear data into Excel. Run macros to generate IGES file of the tooth surface. Use the IGES to cut teeth on your gear blank in CAD. This program generates tooth surfaces for spiral bevel gears commonly known as Gleason and Klingelnberg. Two programs: for Gleason and for Klingelnberg gears. Includes options for straight bevel a.k.a. Gleason Coniflex and for skew bevels. The programs work with minimum input. Enter the diameter and the ratio - the program suggests the remaining input. It simplifies design process of a new gear set. Because the interface is in Excel it can be customized for different projects and languages.
