We supply software and 3-dimensional IGES models ( sample 1, sample 2, sample 3, sample 4) of spiral bevel and other gears. Our customers use 3d models to program 3.4,5-axis CNC machines to cut spiral bevel gears (sample 1_1, sample 3_1)
The pictures below are taken in 2008-2009 in Chicago during installation of a new 3-axis CNC machine for cutting up to 2200mm diameter case hardened spiral bevel gears.

We provide:
- Gear software for accurate 3d modeling of the gear tooth for 3,4,5-axis CNC machining.
- In addition to modeling gears previously known as Gleason spiral bevel or Klingelnberg cyclo-palloid, we provide 3d CAD models for worm, worm face, split torque, crown, globoid, double enveloping worm, hypoid gears and variable ratio rack.

We provide 3-d CAD (IGES or other) models of spiral bevel, hypoid or other gears. With our 3d models you can cut spiral bevel gears known as Gleason or Klingelnberg gears on 3,4-axis CNC milling machines.

OUR GEAR MILLING SOFTWARE
Our IGES file of the 3-d gear tooth goes into CAM software such as MasterCAM. CAM software generates G-code for cutting gears on a CNC milling machine. We verify our 3d tooth models on our tooth contact simulation software.
